**Return Policy**

**Overview:**
By making any purchase on this website, you acknowledge that you are immediately bound by the terms of this Return Policy, including our terms of service, sales, and cancellation policies. Please read carefully.

**Return Process:**
You **must** contact us by emailing customer support at admin@patriotradioservice.us before returning any order. Returns made without prior authorization (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization) will not be eligible for full or partial refunds. A customer support representative will provide RMA numbers.

**Refund Policy:**
If you are not fully satisfied with your equipment or service order, we offer a 14-day return policy. Except for items specified under “Equipment Return Terms,” returned equipment is eligible for a refund, excluding any shipping charges.

**All Customers Must Ensure:**
- Original product(s) are returned with **all original materials** (packaging, manuals, and accessories).
- Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If products are scratched, dirty, missing packaging/parts, or in used condition, refunds may be decreased or denied.

**Fees for Missing Original Packaging:**
- Power Adapters: $5.00
- Boxes: $5.00
- External Antennas: $5.00 each (if included)
- Cables: $5.00
- Batteries: $10.00
- SIM Cards: $5.00

**Loss or Damage to Equipment:**
By accepting delivery and installation of equipment, you assume full responsibility for its safekeeping. In the event of loss or damage not due to our fault, you agree to reimburse us for the equipment.

**Shipping Terms:**
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and all shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee service will work at any location.
- If an item is missing or damaged, you must report the issue within 7 days to qualify for a replacement or resolution.

**Redirect Fees:**
If your package must be redirected by FedEx/UPS/USPS due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address), a non-refundable fee of $20 will apply.

**RMA Requirement:**
You **must** contact customer support for an RMA before returning any items. An automatic restocking fee will apply to all items returned without an RMA number, and we are not obligated to issue refunds for such returns. RMA numbers must be recorded on your account.

**Refused Shipments:**
Any refused shipments will incur a $30 fee plus the cost of return shipping.

If returning a product that includes free accessories, you must return those accessories as well; otherwise, your refund will reflect the regular sale price of those missing items.

**Defective Equipment:**
If you have had your equipment for over 90 days, you must purchase a replacement device. For defective equipment within 90 days, approval for an exchange is required from a technical support representative. Instructions will be provided upon approval.

**Exceptions:**
**Radios** that sustain physical or lightning damage will incur the full replacement cost—no exceptions.

**Service Termination:**
You may terminate services with Patriot Radio Service at any time; however, we do not issue prorated refunds. We reserve the right to stop your account within 48 hours of non-payment on your billing date or for any violation of our acceptable use policy. If you wish to terminate services, please provide notice via text or email. Be aware that service termination by us may occur without prior notice.
