Will I receive a Static (Public) IP Address?
By default, no. However, we do offer static IP service upon request for $10/month, which will be added to your subscription cost.
How do I subscribe?
Subscribing is quick and secure:
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.
Once your order is placed, your radio will ship in the order received. Standard turnaround is about 3 business days (allow extra time during holidays).
Radios are shipped to the billing address on file with our payment processor. Please confirm your address, as we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information.
Subscriptions automatically renew yearly. If a payment is missed, your account will be suspended. We recommend keeping a backup payment method on file.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Is setup complicated?
Not at all! Simply power on your radio and it’s ready to use. Be sure you’re in an area with strong coverage from your selected carrier. For assistance, you can download your radio’s manual from our Support Page.
How do I pay my monthly bill?
A debit/credit card must remain on file. Your first startup payment will be charged to this card (unless otherwise noted by your salesperson).
Cash payments are accepted only in person at one of our office locations.
Do you offer equipment leasing?
Yes. Our TALK2ME USA Corporate Division provides lease options for registered businesses ordering 10 radios or more.
Will I get a paper bill?
No. All billing is digital. You’ll receive an email reminder before each billing date. Upon request, an invoice can be emailed—just contact our support team at (832) 880-0000.
What happens if my card is declined?
If your payment fails, your service will be immediately suspended.
A $10 reinstatement fee per line applies.
If unresolved within 5 days, your account will be closed and you’ll need to re-enroll at the current plan price.
Will my plan price change?
No. The rate you sign up for is locked in for the life of your plan. However, applicable taxes and carrier fees may change. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice if that happens.
Do you offer service or outage credits?
Credits are not standard. However, you may request a review by an account manager. If approved, credits are applied at a daily rate against the card on file.
What if I can’t pay my renewal?
Your account will be suspended if payment is not received on the renewal date. Due to our billing model, we cannot change or “move” subscription dates.
Can I order multiple radios or lines?
Yes. There is no limit to the number of devices you can order.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Discounts are available for families and businesses ordering multiple radios. Simply contact us for a custom quote.
Can minors order service?
No. You must be 18 or older to open an account.
What if my radio doesn’t work due to no signal? Can I get a refund?
Yes. We do offer refunds (see our Refund Policy online). Please remember:
Our radios run on major carriers’ cell towers. Coverage depends on location, terrain, and environment.
Factors such as mountains, valleys, trees, and buildings can affect signal strength.
We recommend testing coverage by using your cell phone (or a friend’s on another carrier) at your intended location before relying on our radios.
Can I pause my subscription?
No. We do not offer temporary suspensions. You may, however, cancel at any time with no cancellation fees and re-subscribe later as needed.

Your account is managed exclusively through TALK2ME USA. You are not a direct customer of the underlying carrier. All billing, payments, cancellations, and support requests must go through TALK2ME USA at (832) 880-0000. Carrier representatives will redirect you back to us.
